動物入室注意事項/Notes for Animal Arrival
- 在動物送抵設施的「當天」,強烈建議安排實驗室成員至設施確認動物狀況,以維護自身權益。
On the day animals arrive at the facility, it is strongly recommended that laboratory members come to check the animals' condition. - 外來動物送達設施後,建議給予3天以上的適應期,期間不做任何操作與處置(包含剃毛),以緩解在運輸過程引起的動物緊迫。
After animals are delivered to the facility, it is recommended to allow at least 3 days of acclimation, during which no procedures or interventions (including shaving) should be performed, to reduce stress caused by transportation.
人員進入SPF區域注意事項/Guidelines for Entering SPF Areas
- 請使用者「空手」進入空氣浴塵室(air shower),不要攜帶任何物品。
Users must enter the air shower empty-handed, without carrying any items. - 實驗所需之試劑、細胞、器械或小型儀器,請使用酒精消毒後,經由傳遞箱(pass box)進入SPF區域。
Experimental materials (e.g., reagents, cells, instruments, or small equipment) must be disinfected with alcohol and transferred into the SPF area via the pass box.
人員進入動物飼養室後,請簽名/Signing Requirements Upon Entering Animal Rooms
- 於「人員進出紀錄表」上以「正楷」簽署中文全名(外籍生簽署英文全名);每位進入空間內的實驗人員均需簽名。
All personnel entering must sign the "Personnel Entry/Exit Log" (人員進出紀錄表) with their full name in clear, legible print (no cursive). - 於「飼養管理記錄表」的「與本中心聯絡事項」一欄以「正楷」簽署中文全名(外籍生簽署英文全名)。
Additionally, in the “Animal Care Record” (飼養管理記錄表), under the section “Communication with the Facility” (與本中心聯絡事項), users must also sign their full name in clear, legible print (no cursive).
避免於換籠時進入動物飼養室/Avoid Entering Animal Rooms During Cage Changing
- 原則上,請使用者避免於換籠工作時進入該空間。
Users should avoid entering rooms during cage changing. - 若因實驗規劃無法避開,也請「主動」並「提前」與飼育員聯繫與協調。
If this cannot be avoided due to experimental needs, please proactively contact and coordinate with facility staff in advance. - 本設施例行性的換籠時間如下:

請將實驗產生的空籠具移至清洗室/Handling Used Cages
- 實驗結束時,若有髒汙籠具產生,請使用者務必將其拿至清洗室,勿留置於動物飼養室或實驗/手術室內。
After experiments, all used/soiled cages must be taken to the washing room and should not be left in animal rooms or procedure/surgery rooms. - 籠具底盒/cage:
- 請將底盒內的髒污墊料完全傾倒於垃圾桶。
Completely discard used bedding into trash bins. - 以清水稍作沖洗。
Rinse briefly with water. - 最後加入約2公分高的清水,並整齊堆疊放置於水槽中。
Add approximately 2 cm of clean water, then stack neatly in the sink.
- 請將底盒內的髒污墊料完全傾倒於垃圾桶。
- 其他籠具(水瓶、上蓋、鐵架、籠卡架等)/other cage components (water bottles, lids, racks, cage card holders, etc.):請整齊堆疊於水槽平台或雙層台車上。
Stack neatly on sink platforms or carts. - 請避免造成水槽底部沾黏髒污之飼料或木屑墊料。
Avoid leaving feed or bedding residues stuck at the bottom of sinks.
申請時程為工作天,非日曆天/Application Timelines: “Working Days” Only
- 動物入室申請:須於7個「工作天」前繳交已由主持人簽章之申請表紙本。
Animal entry application: submit signed hardcopy at least 7 working days in advance. - 動物攜出攜回申請:須於3個「工作天」前繳交已由主持人簽章之申請表紙本。
Animal removal/return: submit signed hardcopy at least 3 working days in advance. - 因實驗需求擬申請額外籠具/備品者,須於4個「工作天」前通知飼育員;若申請後未使用亦未取消者,將額外收取籠具使用費。
Requests for additional cages or supplies: notify staff at least 4 working days in advance. Unused requests without cancellation will incur additional charges. - 工作天之定義為本校行事曆中標示為非假日之日期。
“Working days” are defined according to the university calendar (excluding holidays). - 紙本申請表繳交地點為實驗動物設施行政辦公室(生物科技館1樓116室)。
Hardcopy applications should be submitted to the Laboratory Animal Facility Administrative Office (1F, Room 116).
其餘注意事項/Additional Notes
- 請勿擅自進入標示「非工作人員,禁止進入」之區域。
Do not enter areas labeled “Authorized Personnel Only.” - 除了雙層台車以外,請勿將A房間內的公用物品(含實驗椅、保溫墊、保溫燈、備用籠具、文具用品等)拿到B房間中使用。
Except for designated carts, do not move shared items (e.g., chairs, heating pads, heat lamps, spare cages, stationery) between rooms. - 進行腫瘤實驗之使用者,每週應來觀察動物2次以上,或至少每4天來觀察1次。
For tumor experiments, users must monitor animals at least twice per week, or at minimum once every 4 days.
