2023 National Tsing Hua University - Taoyuan General Hospital Joint Research Grant

1. Project Period: A maximum of 3 years since 2023/1/1
2. Project Type: Individual research program, will be co-hosted by a teacher from National Tsing Hua University with a physician or a professional certified and licensed medical personnel from Taoyuan General Hospital.
3. Research Topic: Combine basic and clinical medicine, focus on the research fields of Precision Medicine and Intelligent medicine. (Regenerative medicine、Systems medicine、Medical device、Molecular medicine… )
4. Qualifications for Principal Investigator:
   1. National Tsing Hua University
      1. Assistant Professor and above.
      2. Every principle investigator should apply for at most one existing cooperation plan and one new cooperation plan this year.  Please refer to 2023 NTHU Hospital Joint Research Grant
   2. Taoyuan General Hospital

1. Attending Physician or medical personnel with professional certificated and licensed

5. Request for Appropriation:
   1. No fixed equipment is allowed to be arranged.
   2. Please follow the relevant regulations of the plans of both parties.
6. When to apply: August 15 to September 15, 2022 applications overdue will not be approved.

8. Notice:
   1. Please note to the qualifications of the participants of the Taoyuan General Hospital, the application format and process of the hospital. Application should be handled according to the regulations.
   2. If the project involves with human subject research, IRB review shall be submitted after receiving the grant. The same requirement also applies to those projects which involve with animal experiment, genetic recombination experiment, and infectious biological materials.
